My love of Barton continues to grow. This was my first year volunteering to help at Barton Day.
I saw first hand how much time and planning went into making the day a success. I saw how hard volunteers worked to make it such a wonderful day for everyone the HBBA has come a long way since the first event just four short years ago.
Hank and I were at St Mary’s taking pictures and raising awareness on the need to repair the church steeple. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and donated. It was great hearing stories of St Mary’s and it was very obvious there is a strong love for Barton and its rich history.
To all that attended Barton Day, I want to thank you on behalf of the HBBA and all the Barton businesses.
