Oct. 17, 2017 – Washington Co., WI – Motorists may want to try and avoid the area of I41 and Highway 33. Allenton Volunteer Firefighters and Washington County Sheriff’s are responding to an accident. It happened just after 3:30 p.m.
Neighbors at Obermeyer’s “41 Auto Body said St. Lawrence Fire Department is also on scene. The accident is in the southbound lane up by the curve before Allenton Service.
A motorist said it appears two vehicles were involved including a car rolled over in the ditch and a second vehicle. “Northbound lanes are covered in dirt/topsoil from impact in ditch,” said Karla Nixon.

UPDATE: Two vehicles involved in accident. West Bend Ambulance and Allenton both transported people injured in the accident. The cause is still under investigation – one vehicle may have sideswiped the other.
