West Bend, WI — American Companies has partnered with DMK Development and Charter Senior Living to design and build a sizeable senior living facility on Sand Drive in West Bend. This project will make use of just under 6 acres of land that was previously sitting vacant.
The Charter Senior Living facility features:
– 3-story building housing 114 units
– 50 independent living units
– An at-home feel for comfortable living
– Patio or deck for each unit
– Near the Eisenbahn Trail
– Near the Milwaukee River and many West Bend parks

American Construction Services is putting its expertise to work as the General Contractor.
Construction on site at 285 Sand Drive in West Bend is planned to start in August and is estimated to be completed in early 2025.
