December 4, 2020 — American Companies is making its mark in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Ground has been broken for a new TownePlace Suites by Marriot with American Construction Services acting as construction manager on site.
The design as well as the structural engineering for the hospitality facility was completed by American Architectural Group.
American is proud to have partnered with local real estate investor Steve Hoopman as well as Kinseth Hotel Corporation on the project.

The 4-story building will be made up of 103 suites and accommodate a pool as well as meeting space.
The hotel will also be a part of the Lake Shore Plaza Development and is set to be complete by the end of 2021.
