October 17, 2024 —West Bend, Wi – American Construction Services is over halfway through construction on the 114-unit Charter Senior Living Facility, 285 Sand Drive in West Bend, Wisconsin.
The project began in August of 2023 and was designed by American Architectural Group with both comfort and accessibility in mind.
Construction on the building envelope is nearly complete, with the installation of brick, stone, and siding underway.
The project is a partnership of American Companies, DMK Development, & Charter Senior Living and is estimated to be completed in May of 2025.
