August 24, 2026 – Hartford, Wi — American Construction Services has broken ground a new 88,469-square-foot manufacturing facility in Hartford, WI.
Designed by American Architectural Group, the state-of-the-art facility was carefully planned to maximize operational efficiency and support DJS Manufacturing fabrication, machining, painting and assembly operations.

The new location at 1345 Innovation Way, will support continued growth in housing manufacturing, office, and warehouse operations together under one roof as DJS is a division of Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing, headquartered in Germantown, WI. The new facility will increase company’s footprint in southeastern Wisconsin to over 210,000 square feet.
