Badger Firefighters Assoc. and Jackson FD collecting items for those affected by Hurricane Irma | By Ron Naab

Sept. 15, 2017 – Washington Co., WI – The Badger Firefighters Association along with Jackson Fire Department are requesting donation for our brothers and sisters in uniform that have been affected by Hurricane Irma this past weekend.  
Anyone interested in donating may do so by going to the Jackson Fire Station at W204N16722 Jackson Drive between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
According to John Schut of the Jackson Fire Department, there is a need for many things:
Bottled Water/Gatorade                                             Baby Formula [sealed containers]
Boxed Diapers                                                                Batteries [AAA, AA, C, 9 volt]
Dog Food                                                                        Flashlights
First Aid Supplies                                                            Hand Towels
Wash clothes                                                                  Adult Toothbrushes
Bath size bars of soap [not Ivory or Jergens]          Nail clippers and/or nail files
Hair combs                                                                      Toothpaste.
If anyone or organization that would like to contribute money, they could do so.  Money collected will help pay for the shipping and other items that may be needed.  The goal is to have everything ready to pack Saturday, Sept. 16.
