A Note of Thanksgiving for many blessings | By Anne Weise

West Bend, WI – This year, more than ever, we are mindful of the many blessings we have received from God, including family, friends, and the gift of life itself.

As principal of Holy Angels School, I am thankful and humbled for the opportunity to serve our students as they challenge themselves academically and grow spiritually.

I am thankful for our parents. Time and time again, I receive compliments on the strength and closeness of our family community. We have a dedicated PAC who works diligently to ensure our school remains vibrant and community-based. We have many parents who give of their time, talent, and treasure to make our school a great place where students thrive.

I am thankful for our teachers and staff who model Christ’s love for our students on a daily basis. It is an amazing feeling to see so many individuals going above and beyond in helping our students become strong intellectually, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

Finally, I am thankful for the gift of our students. I am grateful to witness the wonderful things they accomplish in their lives. To see them collaborate with their classmates to solve classwork, develop relationships, and grow their faith is a blessing every day.

May you all have a blessed Thanksgiving holiday filled with friends, family, and relaxation.
