July 21, 2020 – West Bend, WI – West Bend Police, fire and rescue and the Washington County coroner are on scene after a body was found in the Milwaukee River.
Yellow police tape has the turn in the river roped off across from Regner Par.
Emergency vehicles are lined up in the parking lot  at Kuester Island on N. Main Street in West Bend.
The initial call came in around at 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.
The area across from Rivershores is a popular fishing area.
So far authorities have released few details on the situation. This is a working story and more information will be posted when it becomes available.
