November 10, 2021 – West Bend, WI – A couple big property sales this week by American Commercial Real Estate. Both sales were on W. Washington Street in West Bend.
Westside Haircutters, 2019 W. Washington Street, sold for $350,000. The buyer is West Bend Enterprises II, LLC, an affiliate of Sendik’s Center.
The property, built in 1928, is now for lease by American Commercial Real Estate.
The 2021 assessment for the property is $190,300.
Karen Rusch and Mary Foehser purchased the home November 1978 and converted it into a barber shop.

The mall that houses Hankerson’s County Oven/Smoke Shop/ US Cellular, 2107, 2021, 2025, and 2031 W. Washington Street, sold.
KEY NOTE: All tenants will remain. The buyer, West Bend Enterprises II, LLC, an affiliate of Sendik’s Center, intends to upgrade the façade.Â

The purchase price was $1,250,000.
The 2021 assessment on the 1,070 acre parcel is $836,700.
Previous owners were Keith Hankerson who paid $600,000 for the parcel January 1, 1999.
