Jan. 7, 2017 – Campbellsport, WI – The Fond du Lac Reporter has posted an update on a 17-year-old boy who is recovering after being attacked by a bull.
According to the Reporter the incident happened Thursday.
The teen was tending to the bull inside a pen around 4:30 p.m. at a residence along Highway 67 in the Town of Ashford, when the animal struck him in the chest with his head, throwing the teen into a cement wall, according to Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Capt. Ryan Waldschmidt.
The bull was moved to another pen and a person at the scene called 911. Â
The 17-year-old suffered internal chest injuries and was transported to St. Agnes Hospital for what were believed to be non-life threatening injuries, Waldschmidt said.
