November 17, 2020 – West Bend, WI – It was October 1, 2020 when customers found the doors at Chase Bank, 600 W. Paradise Drive in West Bend closed.
Looks like that’s the scenario again as bank officials have reached out to say “starting today (November 17, 2020) our branch in West Bend is closed temporarily as a precaution.”
Brian Hanover with Chase in Chicago said, “We regret the inconvenience and plan to re-open the branch on Saturday, Nov. 28. The 24-hour drive through ATM remains open. We also have branches in Germantown, Mequon and Brown Deer.”
Other helpful reminders:
- Customers can also bank, invest, and make payments from wherever they are through the Chase Mobile app or chase.com.
- In the Chase Mobile app customers can deposit check if they are unable to visit a branch or ATM.

Complete crap switching to Landmark ASAP. Don’t understand the purpose behind there lack of effort with this branch.
