January 20, 2021 – West Bend, WI – A man from the West Bend area was cited for failing to maintain control of his vehicle after he left S. Main Street and crashed into the front door of Taco Bell.
The accident happened just before 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, January 19.
According to police the driver claimed he was trying to avoid another vehicle when the accident occurred. There was snowfall at the time but it is unknown if road conditions played a major factor.
Police confirm no alcohol was involved and no ambulance was called to the scene.
