Common Sense Citizens of Washington County to host discussion on volunteer fire departments

Washington Co., WI – Thursday, February 27 Common Sense Citizens of Washington County will hold a discussion about volunteer fire departments within Washington County.

Fire Chiefs from Kewaskum, Boltonville, and Newburg along with representatives from the Jackson and Richfield Departments will attend to discuss the status and issues facing their departments.
The remaining Volunteer Fire Departments of the County are welcome to send a representative if they would like to be part of the discussion.
The meeting will be held at The West Bend Moose Lodge, 1721 Chestnut Street, in West Bend beginning at 7 p.m.
As usual, any candidates in attendance who are on the April ballot will be given time to introduce themselves. Those speaking for the first time will be given five minutes and those who have introduced themselves prior will be given two minutes.
