Jan. 21, 2018 – El Salvador- A quick post to say we’ve got a couple happy campers in El Salvador.
“I do love my wife but I also love my lost luggage,” said David Slinde.
Nancy and David are in the midst of a 10-day missionary tour in El Salvador.
After a rocky start out of a snowy Milwaukee on Saturday the couple arrived safe but their luggage took a jaunt to Mexico City.
On Monday afternoon, wrapped tight in blue plastic, the prodigal son returned; a little worse for wear but intact and welcomed with open arms.
On Tuesday, with fresh clothes and fewer distractions, the Slindes will visit with friends from Habitat for Humanity.
