Quad Graphics posted a $9.4 million loss during the fourth quarter of 2015. The printing giant had a $25 million profit during the final quarter of 2014.
One-time expenses including the closing of out-of-state plants are being cited as reasons for the loss.
Fourth quarter sales also dropped 6.3 percent compared to the same period in 2014. Quad officials say the printing industry has seen general declines.
