In January 2025, Don Patnode celebrated 25-years with American Family Insurance. Patnode started as an agent in Bloomington, IN in January 2000.
In 2003 he moved his agency to Bedford, IN where the family resided. After several years as an agent American Family hired Patnode as a District Manager that brought, him to Wisconsin.
In October 2011, an opportunity arose to take over an agency in West Bend from a retiring agent, where he has been for the past 14 years.
Patnode has been married to Susan for 30 years this year and has two grown children: son Connor and his wife Ashley along with grandson Lucas, his daughter Emma and husband Ben.
