August 23, 2023 – Donna Cox has been appointed as the new clerk for the Village of Germantown. Cox steps into the Germantown clerk role from the Village of Richfield where she previously served as Deputy Clerk. Her first day will be September 6, 2023.

Erin Hirn is currently the interim clerk. She was head of Human Resources in the Village of Germantown but stepped in June 2023. Head clerk Deanna Braunschweig left in March 2023 to take a job as clerk/treasured in the Village of Chenequa in neighboring Waukesha County. Casey Miller, who left West Bend, is currently deputy clerk in Germantown. She started in July 2023.
