Drowning victim’s name released by West Bend PD

June 7, 2021 – West Bend, WI – Regner Park was closed in West Bend today, Monday, June 7 as law enforcement continues to investigate the drowning incident Saturday, June 5 when an 8-year-old boy was pulled out of the water and later died.

On Monday afternoon police issued the statement below.

The West Bend Police Department continues to investigate the death of 8-year-old Isac Rivera Ramos.
The preliminary autopsy results show the death was consistent with drowning.
Based on the investigation at this time, the drowning appears to be accidental.

“On June 5, 2021 Isac Rivera Ramos went home to be with Lord. Isac was a sweet, caring, intelligent, full of energy and just such a loving and loved little boy. He would walk in the room and just light it up with his outgoing personality. Everyone that encountered him would leave his presence with a smile on their face.
