August 4, 2021 – Oshkosh, WI – The Oshkosh Police Department is currently investigating an incident in which a female was attempting to hire a person to commit a homicide.
Investigators from the Oshkosh Police Department received information that a female who resides in Oshkosh was attempting to hire a person to commit First Degree Intentional Homicide.
Upon further investigation, investigators were able to identify this 39-year-old female. She was taken into custody during a traffic stop on August 3, 2021, at approximately 8:00 p.m. near Jackson Street and County Rd Y in the City of Oshkosh. This female was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Intentional Homicide. No one was injured during her arrest and the targeted victim was not injured.
