May 16, 2019 – Washington Co., WI – Firefighters across Washington County are lined up along overpassed on I41 as a sign of respect to a fellow firefighter killed in Appleton on Wednesday.
Fire trucks from St. Lawrence, Slinger, Allenton and other departments in Washington County are waiting for the firefighters body to pass as it is transported back to Appleton this morning.
Allenton Firefighter Ron Naab said Washington County had 16 bridges and overpasses covered with local fire departments.
The procession carrying the Appleton Firefighter passed through Allenton at 11:59 a.m.
