Dan Schlechta has purchased the building, 139 S. Sixth Ave. in West Bend. Formerly home to Daryl Feucht and The Nail Artist. Schlechta is doing extensive remodeling.
“We live in West Bend and own multiple properties, so we are heavily invested in this community. Downtown is on the “upswing,” he said.
Former owner Cream Street LLC, (Daryl Feucht), purchased the building March 20, 2003 for $145,000.
Schlechta closed on the purchase July 1, 2016 for $162,000.
