March madness is just around the corner and the WIAA has released its brackets for the girls teams across the state.
In Washington County the match ups look like this:
Division 1 – Section 2 – Hartford Union H.S. is a No. 17 seed. The Orioles travel to Sheboygan to tip tonight (Tuesday) 7 p.m. against No. 16 Sheboygan South.
No. 3 Germantown hosts No. 14 Green Bay East on Friday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m.
Tonight No. 8 West Bend West hosts No. 9 Port Washington – tip off is 7 p.m.
No. 4 Slinger hosts No. 5 Plymouth on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 7 p.m.
No. 7 Kewaskum hosts No. 10 Menasha tonight at 7 p.m.
No. 6 West Bend East travels to Grafton on Friday to face the No. 3 seed Black Hawks. Tip off is 7 p.m.
Living Word Lutheran is a No. 2 seed and gets a bye in the first round. On Friday LWL will host the winner of No. 7 Catholic Central vs. No. 10 Faith Christian.
No. 1 seed Kettle Moraine Lutheran gets a bye in the first round. On Friday KML will host the winner of No. 8 St. Francis vs. No. 9 Brown Deer.
