Jan. 29, 2019 – Hartford, WI – The Hartford Rec Center and Jack Russell Memorial Library will be closing at 5 p.m. today, Tuesday, Jan. 29, due to extreme wind chill factors and will remain closed tomorrow, Jan. 30.
Plans for Thursday, Jan. 31, will be determined Wednesday, Jan. 30 by 4 p.m.
Hartford City Hall will be open but all staff who are worried of coming in due to the extreme cold are advised to take a PTO day Wednesday and stay indoors.
Please let your manager know if you plan on doing this.
