Horicon, WI – Horicon Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Cyrene Wilke, Cindy Bertsche, Matt Berg, Brenda Hetebrueg, and Sarah Pfister within their organization.
Cyrene Wilke was promoted to Executive Vice President. Wilke joined Horicon Bank in 2021
and serves as the Bank’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Wilke is also an active member of Alloy Labs Alliance, routinely advising other financial institutions on financial technology, process improvement, products, and services.
Cindy Bertsche was promoted to Vice President. Bertsche oversees the Bank’s Collection
Department and manages the consumer credit approval process. She also lends her leadership skills to the Disaster Relief Committee through Red Cross of Dodge and Fond du Lac Counties.
Matt Berg was promoted to Assistant Vice President. Berg began his career at Horicon Bank in 2019 as a Credit Analyst. He soon transitioned to a Business Banker role supporting local
businesses in Beaver Dam and surrounding areas. Berg serves as a board member of the
Dodge County YMCA. Brenda Hetebrueg was promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Hetebrueg brings over 35 years of banking experience to her role as Regional Manager of the Bank’s West Bend, Menomonee Falls and Grafton locations. As an active member of her community, Hetebrueg serves on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County.
Sarah Pfister was promoted to Officer of the Bank. Pfister joined Horicon Bank in 2011 and
manages the Bank’s Human Resources Information System. Pfister is instrumental in
streamlining Bank processes, creating efficiencies and enhancing the overall employee
experience.
