Investigation after shots fired in Village of Lomira apartment complex | By Dodge Co. Sheriff

May 24, 2026Dodge Co., Wi – The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Printer’s Row in the Village of Lomira on Sunday, May 24, 2026.  This search warrant was issued during an investigation into a report of gunshots being fired during the overnight hours in the apartment complex.

Shortly after 11 pm on Saturday, May 23, 2026, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received multiple 911 calls of a disturbance involving multiple individuals, and gun shots being fired, near the 1020 Printer’s Row apartment building.  Following the gunshots, multiple vehicles and people fled the area.

Responding deputies arrived and began an investigation which continued into the day on Sunday.  Evidence obtained during the investigation led to a search warrant which was executed by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team.

There is no evidence to suggest there is a continued threat to the community, based upon the investigation which remains active.  We do not have any reports of injuries stemming from this incident, and there are currently no persons in custody at this point.

We encourage anyone who was present and may be a victim of this incident to contact our office.  This was a significant threat to the safety of those in the area and is the only focus of our investigation.  Anyone who has information is asked to please contact the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office via our app or 920-386-3726.
