Koch and Cloninger bounce back with big win | By Bryan Miller

August 23, 2108 – Cooler, windy and rainy can sum up the conditions for anglers Monday, August 20 as the Kettle Moraine Monday Bass Tournament made its last stop on Long Lake for the year.
Despite the weather fish catches were up from the previous week as 8 out of the 14 teams brought in 5 fish limits.
1st Place-Joe Koch and Mike Cloninger put down the hammer taking the top spot on the field.  The duo had a solid bag of 5 fish for 12.32 lbs and secured the big bass on the night, a 3.52 lb largemouth.
2nd Place-Current Angler of the Year leader and always a threat, Logan Kertscher and partner James Braun brought in a solid bag of 5 good for 11.34 lbs.
3rd Place-Tom Faucher and Jody Dent look to wrap up Team Of the Year as they finished in the money.  The pair had a 5 fish limit good for 11.11 lbs.  These guys are a team to beat.
4th Place-Vince Hytry and Dennis Mantych had another stellar night with a 5 fish limit good for 10.35 lbs.  Another consistent team all year, the duo looks to make the club championship as one tournament remains.
The last stop of the season will be Monday, August 27 on Big Cedar Lake.
Top 6 teams in the point standings each year have free entry into the club championship that will take place on September 8. The lake has yet to be picked.  Right now, point standings are tight for that last qualifying position, should make for a great night of fishing on Big Cedar.
