Obituary | Lynn Ann Wondrachek, 57, of West Bend

December 26, 2020 – West Bend, WI – Lynn Ann Wondrachek, 57, was born to Frank, Sr and Carollouise (Reimer), the fifth of six children. She had a huge heart, which held a special place for her large family and countless friends. She grew up in Glendale, WI.

She loved going to school at Milwaukee Hamilton High School, working at Goodwill and was involved with North Suburban Special Olympics. She participated in track, bowling and swimming.

When her dad needed help, she went to live with her sister, Sandy, in Slinger. There she started attending Divine Savior Lutheran Church, in Hartford. She also started working at The Threshold and was involved with Hartford Special Olympics. She participated in bowling and swimming.

When it was time for her to live on her own, she moved to a group home in West Bend and lived there for 5 years. She had a blast living with her roommates. Her next move brought her to the Samaritan Home. She loved the interaction with the staff and other residents. There she was treated like a queen and loved every minute of it. Lynn made friends with everyone she met and could always put a smile on your face. She was much loved by many and will be dearly missed by those that knew her.

As Lynn would always say “I love a, I love a!”

She is survived by her sisters, Eunice Grennier, Marie (Tom) Trotter and Sandy (Bill, Sr) Ostovich. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, brothers William and Frank, Jr, and 1 brother-in-law Dennis Grennier.

A visitation will take place at Shimon Funeral Home, 824 Union St., Hartford, on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., and again on Wednesday, December 30 at Divine Savior Lutheran Church, 3200 County Rd. K from 10 a.m. until time of funeral at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield at 1:15 p.m.
