Man, 64, seriously injured in 2-vehicle crash in Dodge County

October 10, 2025 – Dodge Co., Wi – On Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 5:54 a.m., Dodge County Deputies were dispatched to a reported two-vehicle head-on crash with injuries on County Highway P west of County Highway C in the town of Fox Lake, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

Initial investigation shows a 2012 Chevy Malibu, driven by a 19-year-old male from Randolph, was eastbound on County Highway P and failed to negotiate slight curve resulting in a head-on crash with a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, driven by a 64-year-old male from Waupun.

The driver of the Malibu suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam.

The driver of the Jeep suffered possible serious injuries and was flown by UW Med-Flight helicopter to Aurora Summit Hospital in Summit.


Assisting at the scene were Fox Lake Fire Department and EMS, Randolph EMS, Beaver Dam Paramedics, UW Med-Flight, and DCERT.

This crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team and names are behind withheld pending family notifications.
