November 7, 2021 – Dodge Co., WI – UPDATE as of 4:25 p.m. -Amanda Bahr has been located safe and Jesse Lafferty has also been located and taken into custody on the outstanding warrants. This case remains under investigation and additional charges will likely follow.
Thank you to the public for their cooperation and assistance. Sheriff Dale Schmidt would like to thank all other agencies who assisted with this incident. Also he would like to recognize the patrol deputies, detectives, and communications officers who worked so diligently to resolve this case so quickly.

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating an incident that occurred in Hidden Meadows Mobile Home Park, W4390 County CW, in the Town of Lebanon, Dodge County.
As a result of this incident, we have determined that a female subject Amanda Bahr, 32, who lives in Hidden Meadows Mobile Home Park is missing and potentially in danger. Â Jesse Lafferty age 29, also of Hidden Meadows Mobile Home Park is a person of interest whom we would like to talk to at this time.
Please do not approach them but it is preferred that you contact us and notify us of their whereabouts. Â Of course as always, please lock your homes and vehicles as that is always the best practice to protect you and your property.
This incident stems from a domestic incident that occurred at about 1:08 am this morning, November 7, 2021.  As a result of that incident, there are concerns for Amanda Bahr’s welfare.  Jesse Lafferty also has 2 warrants for his arrest which we would like to discuss with him.
