September 4, 2025 – West Bend, WI – A new Mister Car Wash was reviewed by the West Bend plan commission this week as a developer wants to build a new 4,800-foot structure on 1.26 acres at 960 West Paradise Drive. The site was formerly home to Harris Bank in 2009 and later Educators Credit Union and Mid-Moraine Municipal Court.
The location uses a 40-foot-wide private access easement which connects to Silverbrook Drive. The plans show 11 parking stalls along the east side of the development and 12 vacuum bays to the east of the130-foot car wash tunnel.

The biggest discussion point on the proposal dealt with a traffic impact analysis and an estimated 43 cars per hour.
The other issue of concern was whether heavy traffic would cut off access to the neighboring strip mall which has a coffee shop, restaurant, and a phone store. Discussion also focused on whether heavy traffic for the car wash would ever spill out onto Silverbrook Drive.
At the end of the discussion both the zoning and site plan were approved, and the site plan carried an added condition of allowing staff to review traffic count and information.
The closest Mister Car Wash is on Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls.

Interesting to note, the Kwik Trip to the north of this location, also has a car wash.
