Name released in Dodge County fatal accident

On Friday, Aug. 19 at 5:30 a.m., the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash on Cth A south of Cth W, in the Township of Oak Grove, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

Preliminary investigation shows Brady J. Wagner, 19, from Hartford was operating a 2005 Saab south on Cth A.

 

The Saab failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, drove off of the east/left roadway shoulder and struck an embankment.  The Saab vaulted and struck two trees before coming to rest.  Wagner was pronounced dead at the scene by the Dodge County Medical Examiner.

 

There were no other occupants or vehicles involved in this crash.

Assisting at the scene was:  Beaver Dam and Juneau EMS, Juneau Fire Department, Dodge County Medical Examiner, Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Chaplain, Dodge County Emergency Response Team.

The crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Crash Investigation Team.
