August 8, 2019 – Town of Polk, WI – Two people were killed in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday, August 6, 2019.
The accident occurred on I-41 north of Highway 60. The victim’s names have been released.
Operator – James Allan Debny, 66, of Fox Lake
Passenger – Daniel Joseph Luedke, 55, of Fox Lake.
These were the seventh and eighth traffic fatalities in Washington County in 2019.
No further information is being released at this time as the crash remains under investigation.
