Nationwide, local communities are celebrating this very specific event geared around building relationships between our Police Department and our residents. All residents should feel they know their officers that put on a uniform each and every day to protect their safety.

We also invite you to meet members of our first responders, EMTs and firefighters who will likewise be at the park with handouts. Plus, local organizations like the Hartford Lions and Hartford Rotary will be there with free food and free activities.
Finally, the Hartford Chamber will be at the event with a Glo-Event in Jordan Park, 65 N. Rural Street, Hartford, for the kids. Come to the park tonight and get to know your local heroes.
