December 11, 2020 – West Bend, WI – The first tenant moved into the new Water Street Suites in West Bend on Friday, December 11.
Stifel Investment services is relocating from its offices on S. 18th Avenue.
Water Street Suites is located across from the new Marriott TownePlace Hotel on the corner of Water Street and S. Forest Avenue. The buildings were constructed by American Construction Services.
Adam Williquette, president of American Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction.
