Obituary | Nicole Marie Anderson (nee Henning), 35, of West Bend

September 22, 2020 – West Bend, WI – Nicole Marie Anderson (nee Henning), 35, of West Bend, Wisconsin passed away after a courageous fight with cancer on Monday, September 21, 2020 in her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Nicole was born March 1, 1985 at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, WI to Lois A. (nee Liegl) and Roy A. Henning. She graduated Harford Union High School, class of 2003. Nicole always has a passion to help and take care of others, so she made it her career. She graduated from Moraine Park in West Bend and went on to her career as a registered nurse.

 

She worked for West Allis Memorial Hospital for several years. Nicole was united in marriage to the love of her life, Willie R. Anderson on May 2, 2015. Together they loved to travel, kayak, water tubing, and overall spending time together as a family. Nicole was also a lover of animals, especially dogs and her fur-baby, Lady. Her love for her family and friends will never be forgotten, but forever missed.

Nicole is survived by her best friend and devoted husband, Willie; cherished children, Natasha, Antoine, Michael, and Jacob; proud father, Roy Henning (and friend, Linda); loving brother, Brad (Cherish) Henning; and dear grandmother, Rose Mary Henning. She is further survived by many loved aunts and uncles, adored nieces and nephews, other loved relatives and treasured friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Albert P. and Delores M. (nee Vollbrecht) Liegl; paternal grandfather, Eli Henning; mother, Lois A. Henning; parents-in-law, Willie Roy and Sylvia Marie Anderson; uncle Randy; and aunt Barbara Liegl.

Funeral Services for Nicole will be held Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 1 p.m. at the Shimon Funeral Home, 824 Union Street, Hartford.

Family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Interment to follow services in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
