July 27, 2020 – West Bend, WI – The Nitro U16 West Bend softball team brought home the championship trophy over the weekend after winning the Premier Girls Fastpitch tournament. Nitro beat the U18 Waukesha Blazers 7 – 2.
Nitro went 5 – 0 at the tournament. The girls were the No. 1 seed.
The team has a season finale this weekend, August 1, 2020 in Two Rivers, WI.
Nitro has played 30 games this season and holds a 23-7 record. The team has allowed 108 runs while scoring 217.
