Obit: Doris E. Tock (nee Zautcke), 87, of West Bend.

 

Feb. 21, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Doris E. Tock (nee Zautcke), age 87, died on Monday, February 20, 2017 at the Samaritan Health Center in West Bend, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.  She was born on October 3, 1929 in Fredonia, Wisconsin to Milton and Malinda (nee Bretschneider) Zautcke.

She married Robert Tock on December 23, 1950 in Louisiana before Robert was deployed to Korea.  She was a stay at home mom, raising six children.  Doris enjoyed gardening, painting, baking and spending time with her family.

Doris is survived by her children, Michael (Karen), Gary (Mary), Jeff (Reta), James, Kevin (Marcella); grandchildren, Nathan, Stephanie, Jeremy (Melissa), Hannah, Noah, Caleb, Matthew, Joshua, Jacob, Lydia, Andrew, Jonathan, Deborah, Miriam, Phillip, Vanessa, Holly (Anthony), Jessica, Jeffrey, Rebecca (Paul); great-grandchildren, Travis, Robert, Lucas, Madeline, Mathew, Gerhardt, and Damien; sisters, June Thompson and Ethel Carter; sisters-in-law Lucille and Roseann Zautcke.  She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert; daughter Sherry and brothers, Allen and Edward.

She has gone to the mansion, which her Lord and Savior has prepared, to join her family and to share with them eternal life.

The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church (140 N 7th Ave, West Bend, WI  53095) with Pastor David Schoob presiding.  The Visitation will be held at church on Thursday, Feb. 23 from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM.
