March 21, 2018 – Ozaukee, Co., WI – Kristen Scott Bear, 37, passed away March 15, 2018. Her passion in life was animals; primarily primates and cats. Her dream trip was to Africa in 2005 where she interned at Shamwari Game Reserve. She contributed her time to local Ozaukee animal rescue facilities.
Kristen graduated from Cedarburg High School and attained a Bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
She will be forever remembered by her loving mother, Nancy S. Bear of Cedarburg,… WI, her father Larry E. Bear of Reno, NV, her uncle and aunt Ron and Carol McDuffie of San Jose, CA, sister Alexandra A. Bear of Portland, OR and step-mother Nancy Young Bear of Reno, NV. She will be forever missed by her closest friend Jessie Shannon of Germantown, WI.
Private services were held for the immediate family.
