Jan. 1, 2018 – West Bend, WI – Leroy L. Ruffing, 97, found peace on December 31, 2017, at the Samaritan Health Center, West Bend. Leroy was born on Dec 1, 1920 to Minnie (Kreilkamp) and Louis Ruffing in the Town of Addison and spent most of his life on the family farm until moving to West Bend.
He is survived by nieces, Judith (Gerald) Zingsheim, Minocqua and Carol (Robert)Noll, Port Washington and other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers Erwin, Leonard (Evelyn), Wilfred, Jerome (Lorraine), sister-in-law Anita Oswald and niece Joyce (Leonard) Hildebrand.
The family will greet relatives and friends Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Holy Angels Church, West Bend, with a Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Allenton.
