Obit: Rosalin Kling, 89

Rosalin M. Kling (nee Berg) age 89 of West Bend (formerly of Hartford), Wisconsin passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Cedar Lake Community in West Bend, WI.

She was born on November 13, 1926 to John and Anna (nee Mueller) Berg in Theresa, WI. Rosalin was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Hartford Senior Friends, the Christian Mothers, and the Daughters of Isabella in Hartford. Rosalin enjoyed dancing to polka, reading, movies, playing cards, especially rummy, and playing Bingo. In her younger years she and her sister, Bernice both played the accordion together. She also loved to listen to a wide variety of music.

Rosalin is survived by her loving children, Dianne Kling of AZ; Robert of Hartford, Thomas of Hartford, Joyce (Steve) Kling-Sawhill of TX, Cheryl (Randy) Heimerl of Milwaukee, Donna (Fred) Heinzelmann of Sussex, Lawrence of Hartford, Jane Kling of WA, Sandra Kling of WA, Amy (Karl) Garlick of WA; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and sister, Betty Backhaus.  She is further survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Alex and Arnie Berg; her sister, Bernice (Tony) Berres; daughter, Rita Kling; and a grandson, Michael Kling.

Mass of Christian Burial for Rosalin will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, (4886 Hwy 175, Hartford, WI 53027) with Fr. Davies Edassery officiating.  Family will greet relatives and friends at church on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until the 2:00 p.m. mass.

Interment in St. Lawrence Catholic Cemetery, St. Lawrence, WI.

Memorial contributions to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Research Fund (2900 West Oklahoma Avenue Milwaukee, WI 53215) are appreciated.

The Kling Family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Cedar Lake Community for their loving and compassionate care of Rosalin.
