December 9, 2019 – Hartford, WI – Cody A. Langer, 27, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 6, 2019. He was born on July 24, 1992 in Hartford to parents Judy (Brahs) and Bobby Langer. Cody was a 2010 graduate of Hartford Union High School. He worked as a Team Leader for numerous years at Schreiber Foods and most recently worked at Masters Gallery.
Cody enjoyed being outdoors, including hunting and fishing. He enjoyed music and playing guitar. A strong passion for health and fitness. His greatest passion was being with family, especially his daughter Luna Rae.
Cody is survived by his mother, Judy (Ed) Fischer; father, Robert (Patricia Temple) Langer; brother, Jesse (fianceé Jamie) Langer; sister, Becky (Gary) Rahn; one niece, Ashlyn Langer; four nephews, Ben Langer, Dustin, Dylan and Devin Rahn; extended family, Rodney Temple, Teresa Himes and Kristin (Derek) Nelson; also survived by other family and friends. Cody is preceded in death by grandparents, Orville and Viola Brahs and Robert and Arlene Langer and uncle, Tony Langer.
Funeral Services for Cody will be held at Shimon Funeral Home, 824 Union Street, Hartford on Saturday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m. Visitation for family and friends from 12 Noon until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
