Obituary | Nancy Mae Hammen (Fulmer), 75, of West Bend

April 17, 2020 – West Bend, WI – Nancy Mae Hammen (nee Fulmer), 75, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the Froedtert West Bend Medical Center. She was born on August 7, 1944 to Chester and Frances (nee Locker) Fulmer.

Nancy was raised in Chenequa, WI and attended Hartland Arrowhead class of 1962. She married her love, Robert “Bob” Hammen on May 2, 1964 at Immanuel United Church of Christ. Nancy enjoyed being a homemaker and being a secretary at Amity and other businesses. Nancy loved life on the lake with her family and tending to her flower gardens.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband, Bob; children, Diane (Mike) Smies, Lynn (Scott) Sarauer, Paul (Lori) Hammen; grandchildren, Nick, Katrina, Emily, Jayden and Kenlee Smies, Samuel, Elizabeth and Maxwell Sarauer and Ethan Hammen and her brother-in-law, Jim (Molly) Hammen. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents and her in-laws Ervin and Bessie Hammen.

Due to the CDC regulations, a Private Family Entombment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park and a Celebration of Life will happen at a later date.
