One person suffered life-threatening injuries in accident in Dodge County | By Dodge County Sheriff

Feb. 28, 2019 – Dodge Co., WI – On Feb. 28, 2019 at 9:47 a.m. the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash on STH 60 near Jefferson Road, in the Township of Rubicon, Dodge County.

Initial Investigation shows a passenger car was traveling east on STH 60.  The passenger car began a counter clockwise spin, traveling over the center roadway line and into the westbound traffic lane.  A pickup truck was traveling west on STH 60 and both vehicles collided in the westbound traffic lane.

The driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries and was transported to Hartford Hospital.

The driver of the passenger car suffered serious injuries and was transported to Aurora Hospital in Summit.  A passenger that was in the car suffered life-threatening injuries and was flown from the scene by MedFlight to FroedertHospital in Milwaukee.

The crash is being investigated by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.

Assisting at the scene were Wisconsin State Patrol, Hartford Fire and EMS, MedFlight, Lebanon EMS, Hustisford First Responders, Neosho Fire Department and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Chaplain.
