May 19, 2020 – West Bend, WI – Over 2,000 We Energies customers near Wallace Lake Road West Bend are without power this Tuesday afternoon following two large explosions.
Neighbors on Wallace Lake said they heard two large explosions around 2 p.m.
Washington County Sheriff Martin Schulteis said a tree branch fell on a power line near a transformer. A fire started.
West Bend Fire Department was on scene.
No injuries were reported.
