REAL ESTATE | Former Ozaukee Christian School in Town of Trenton sold for $2 million

October 15, 2026 – Town of Trenton, WI – The former Ozaukee Christian School on Highway 33 in the Town of Trenton has been sold for $2 million. Brian and Karen Feucht are the new owners. Plans are to move Brian’s accounting businesses into the building and eventually bring back the banquet facility.

Feucht said he had been looking for the right property for more than two years. The former school offered the space, parking and room for growth he wanted for his businesses.

The building has approximately 24,000 square feet. Feucht said the size was larger than he initially needed, but it offered opportunities to expand and establish his businesses in the Town of Trenton.

In June 2026, Feucht appeared before the Town of Trenton plan commission.

Public Comments: Brian Feucht explained that he is currently in the process of purchasing the property that is occupied by Ozaukee Christian School. He shared that he plans to relocate their tax preparation and accounting business, expand his real estate business, and eventually establish a banquet hall. His wife, who owns a restaurant in Kewaskum, would also use the site to support her catering business for funerals and special events. Future possibilities could also include a daycare or doggy daycare, and Feucht said he is open to presenting other business ideas to the Board as opportunities come up. Because the property is currently zoned Institutional, he is seeking to rezone it to either B-1 or B-2, with B-1 reading to be the best fit for the mix of office and commercial uses he envisions. He noted that the timing is complicated because the school’s move to its new location depends on receiving occupancy approval, which could delay their departure and overlap with his planned closing at the end of September. Feucht requested guidance on navigating the transition if both uses temporarily coincide. Cindy Komro recommended rezoning the property to B-1, stating that it best aligns with Feucht’s proposed business offices and intended uses for the property.

Feucht plans to move his accounting businesses into the building, and then in phases he has his sights set on bringing back the banquet center, which previously operated in the building.

“It was the Luxury Box years ago, and it was Buck’s Kinn Catering,” he said.  Ron Buck, died in January 2009.

The building has since served as a school, with a cafeteria and gymnasium.

“That’s not what we want it to look like when we’re done,” Feucht said.

Feucht is also talking with potential renters about other space in the building, although no additional tenants have been finalized.

The property purchase included the parcel containing the building but not the additional acreage. Prior to selling the property and moving to the former UW-Washington County campus, Ozaukee Christian School had purchased nearby land with the intention of building a high school there.

Feucht said he hopes to have his businesses operating from the former school before the end of 2026, with the next phase of the project planned for 2027.
