March 9, 2021 – Town of Grafton, WI – American Construction Services will be building a new Quick-Lube Service Center at 992 Port Washington Road in the Town of Grafton.
American Construction Services along with American Architectural Group will design and construct the new facility.
The service center will open this spring 2021 in neighboring Ozaukee County; the business will not require appointments.
American President Kraig Sadownikow said, “The Village and Town of Grafton continue to grow with high-quality developments. Our firms are very familiar with the Highway 43 corridor having completed a hotel and gas station/ convenience store all on the east side of the Interstate.”
