April 29, 2021 – Hartford, WI – Saturday, May 1 Hartford Clerk-Typist II Pat Borlen will officially retired from the City of Hartford after 41 1/2 years of faithful service.
Pat was a mainstay in the Clerk’s Department working with Lori Hetzel who has been with us for 43 Years. Pat’s main responsibilities included handling licenses, meeting minutes
and working side-by-side with Lori on all of our elections. The staff will greatly miss Pat and
wish her great health in her retirement.
