Dec. 3, 2016 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend Bombers (3-1-0) faced the newest GLHL franchise, the Marquette (MI) Mutineers (formally the Marquette Iron Rangers) (4-1-0).
This is Marquette’s second year in the league, but first under their new name.
The Bombers won 7-4, with two power-play goals, by Shay Klitzke and Marshall Klitzke and one shorthanded goal, by Dusty Jonasson. Also scoring were Russell Johnson with two goals, RJ Rick and Steve Buda each with one goal.
In net tonight was Billy Sias, this is his third win this season.
The West Bend Bombers next home game is Dec. 16 against the DePere Deacons at the Kettle Moraine Ice Center; puck drops at 8 p.m.
