REAL ESTATE | Quality Packaging, Inc. of FDL acquires 2 facilities in West Bend, Wi

October 8, 2026 — Fond du Lac / West Bend, Wi –  Quality Packaging, Inc. (QPI), an integrated
packaging solutions provider, today announced it has acquired certain assets of  Wisconsin Green LLC, including manufacturing equipment and related operating assets at two facilities on Stonebridge Road in West Bend, Wisconsin.

The transaction has closed, and the two facilities — approximately 150,000 square feet combined — are now operating as QPI’s West Bend, Wi location. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The West Bend operation manufactures corrugated shipping containers and point-ofpurchase (POP) displays, bringing corrugated production in-house — a capability and a key material that QPI has historically sourced from outside suppliers.

Owning it gives QPI greater control over quality, lead times, and supply for the packaging and retail displays its customers depend on, while creating new efficiencies across its network of Wisconsin facilities.

QPI has brought on an experienced team at West Bend, and will integrate the operation over the coming months.

“This is an important milestone in QPI’s growth,” said Ken Wills, CEO and Owner of Quality Packaging, Inc. “Bringing corrugated manufacturing in-house strengthens what we can do for our customers — greater control over a key material, improved efficiency, and new opportunities to deliver even more value. It further expands our vertically integrated model and gives our customers more control over quality, lead times, and cost.”

Quality Packaging, Inc. (QPI) is one of the most vertically integrated packaging manufacturers in the Midwest. Headquartered in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, QPI operates two manufacturing facilities in Fond du Lac, two in West Bend, a co-packing facility in St. Francis, and a warehouse in Germantown. QPI produces offset-printed folding cartons, thermoformed packaging, corrugated shipping containers, and point-of-purchase displays, supported by in-house offset, flexographic, and digital printing and co-packing and contract assembly. By owning each step — print, conversion, forming, assembly, and
packing — QPI gives leading consumer products and retail customers one accountable
partner for their packaging.
